Eden’s Kitchen has been a cherished local institution for years, and for owner Kayla Henshaw, it has always held a special place in her heart. After attending culinary school (where she deepened her lifelong passion for creating delicious food) Kayla returned to her hometown and worked behind the counter at Eden's. She brought her boundless energy, bright smile, and sunny disposition to the restaurant every single day.In 2021, Kayla jumped at the opportunity to buy the business and keep this beloved Pendleton staple thriving. Combining her culinary background with her deep love for the community, she infused the brand with fresh, colorful life. As our loyal customer base grew, so did our dreams and in the Spring of 2026, we proudly moved into our beautiful new home right on historic Main Street!Fresh with a PH-resh!We believe that good food is made with love and generously portioned. We don't mess around when it comes to a good sammy. From our legendary, house-made bacon rosemary and garlic sourdough breads to our massive, fresh-baked cinnamon rolls, everything is crafted to hit the spot.
